We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven Call Center Agents to join our team and play a key role in connecting with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to realtors in the USA real estate market.
• Engage with realtors via text and provide information about our lead generation services and offers.
• Schedule calls to present and pitch our portal and services, encouraging realtors to sign up with us.
• Follow up with interested realtors who may be unavailable and bring them back on call.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in a call center, telemarketing, or sales role is preferred. Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Availability: Must be available to work during USA business hours.
• Attitude: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
