Cabify Tech ISB is excited to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic Cab Dispatch Center as a Cab Dispatch Agent. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with a strong command of the English language and a passion for customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.

As a Cab Dispatch Agent, you will be responsible for managing outbound calls efficiently to ensure smooth coordination between customers and cab services. Your primary duty will involve handling calls professionally and promptly, providing excellent service, and ensuring timely dispatch of cabs based on customer needs.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of proven experience in an outbound call center, preferably from a reputable and recognized organization. Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English are essential to excel in this role.

This position demands high levels of concentration, quick decision-making, and multitasking abilities to effectively manage high call volumes without compromising service quality. You will work closely with various teams to guarantee that customer requests are accurately processed and that cab dispatch operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

• Dispatch cabs efficiently while maintaining clear communication with customers.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain detailed records of calls and dispatch activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of outbound call center experience from a recognized setup.

• Exceptional English-speaking and listening skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
