We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to manage and grow our Upwork Agency account. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating leads, winning projects, and building long-term client relationships on Upwork.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the company's Upwork Agency account.

Identify and pursue high-value opportunities to secure projects.

Write compelling, tailored proposals and communicate effectively with clients.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business.

Develop and execute strategies to increase platform visibility and improve bid win rates.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development on Upwork.

Prior experience managing an Upwork Agency Account is mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Deep understanding of Upwork’s platform mechanics, policies, and best practices.

Exceptional proposal writing, negotiation, and English communication skills.
