Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive Crafteddots’ growth by acquiring new clients and building long-term partnerships globally. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is confident in sales and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and pitches in collaboration with the creative team.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Research market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
• Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (creative or digital agency experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of design, branding, and UX/UI services.
• Self-driven, results-oriented mindset.
