Are you confident on the phone, comfortable talking to US prospects, and motivated by turning conversations into opportunities?

Zaphyre is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our Karachi team.

💰 PKR 60,000–80,000 + commissions
📈 Quarterly performance evaluations
🏢 Onsite — PECHS Block 6 - Karachi (Transportation Provided)
🕠 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM PKT
📅 Monday – Friday

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with US-based cold calling / outbound sales
• Strong communication and confidence speaking with US prospects
• Experience generating and qualifying leads
• A results-driven mindset
• Someone who enjoys the challenge of picking up the phone and creating opportunities
