Description:
As our Business Development Representative, you will own the front end of our sales pipeline. You will research and identify target firms, run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone, qualify interest, and book qualified meetings. You plan and execute the outreach yourself, this is a role for someone who wants ownership, not instructions.
What you will do
- Prospecting & list building: research and identify law firms and businesses in target markets using prospecting tools
- Outbound outreach: run cold email campaigns; LinkedIn outreach; cold and warm calls to international prospects, etc.
- Qualification: hold discovery conversations to confirm fit and interest before booking
- Book qualified meetings: convert interest into scheduled calls with genuine decision-makers
- Pipeline & CRM: keep accurate records of every prospect, touch, and meeting; report activity daily
- Activity targets: meet agreed weekly metrics for outreach volume and qualified meetings booked
- Strategy: plan, test, and refine your own outreach approach - messaging, channels, and targeting are yours to run
What we are looking for
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales, business development, and customer-facing roles (Must)
- Fluent English, spoken and written: you will call and email businesses internationally. (Must)
- Proven B2B outreach experience: cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. (Must)
- Self-management: you get a budget and a target, not daily instructions
- Tool familiarity: Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach, Sales Navigator or similar (Must)
- Resilience: comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
- Organisation: able to manage many prospects at once with accurate CRM records
- Own laptop
