This role is designed for individuals who want more than observational experience. You will be involved in active business development efforts, working alongside the team on market expansion, client engagement, and revenue-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured market research to identify new business opportunities and target segments
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach (email, LinkedIn, and other channels)
- Support the development of proposals, pitches, and client-facing materials
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline progress
- Assist in analysing market trends, competitors, and potential partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in business growth, sales, or strategy
- Ability to think critically, analyse information, and translate insights into action
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment
- High level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital tools such as LinkedIn, email platforms, and basic CRM systems
- Prior internship, project, or academic exposure to business, marketing, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
