Terabit IT is seeking motivated fresh graduates or final-year students with a passion for sales and client acquisition to join our dynamic Business Development Team. This internship is your gateway to the world of digital sales, freelancing platforms, and international business outreach.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn
  • Assist in writing and submitting winning proposals that align with client needs
  • Manage and enhance company profiles across freelance platforms.
  • Use AI-powered tools for lead generation and outreach automation
  • Conduct market and competitor research to refine targeting strategies
  • Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and handover to the delivery team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

✅ Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in Marketing, Business, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong command of English (spoken & written) — must be comfortable communicating with international clients
  • Passion for sales, client engagement, and market expansion
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms and LinkedIn prospecting (a plus)
  • Comfortable using modern digital and AI tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
