Description:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our client base across Fiverr, Upwork, and direct sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of generating leads, writing winning proposals, and managing client relationships from initial inquiry to project handover.

 

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand client needs and align them with our services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and secure new business opportunities through Fiverr, Upwork, and direct outreach.
  • Write and submit professional proposals and project catalogs that align with client requirements.
  • Maintain and optimize existing profiles to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their goals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project scoping and timely delivery.
  • Track performance and meet monthly sales targets.

 

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in freelance platform sales or digital agency business development.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of online sales processes and client engagement strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and projects simultaneously.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to finding and closing leads.
