Business Development Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive to generate and close HR outsourcing and offshoring projects through LinkedIn.

The role is fully commission-based and ideal for a confident closer who can independently generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and convert prospects into revenue-generating clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

*Identify and target CEOs, CFOs, HR Heads, and Business Owners through LinkedIn

*Develop and execute structured LinkedIn lead generation strategies

*Initiate outreach and manage consistent follow-ups

*Present Recruitment and Payroll Outsourcing services professionally

*Understand client needs and propose suitable HR solutions

*Negotiate commercial terms and close service agreements

*Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting

*Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

 

Required Skills & Experience:

 

*Proven experience in LinkedIn B2B lead generation

*Experience in selling Recruitment or Payroll Outsourcing services preferred

*Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

*Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently

*Strong follow-up discipline and target orientation

*Understanding of Pakistan corporate market is an advantage
