Maranix Solutions is expanding, and we are looking for a high-energy Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive our global B2B outbound sales engine and help us scale to new heights. 

🎯 What You Will Do:

• Outbound Lead Generation: Identify, research, and build high-quality target lists of international clients using LinkedIn, tech directories, and data tools.

• Cold Outreach: Initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers through structured cold emailing and smart outreach.

• Sales Pipeline Management: Nurture raw leads into warm opportunities and schedule initial exploratory meetings for our technical teams.

• CRM Tracking: Maintain absolute data hygiene by tracking all communication and lead statuses inside our sales pipeline tools. 

💼 What We Are Looking For:

• Immaculate English Communication: You must possess exceptional verbal and written English skills. Dealing with international clients should feel like second nature to you.

• Resilient & Target-Driven Mindset: Thick-skinned individuals who handle rejection professionally and stay motivated to hit daily outreach metrics.

• Research Savvy: Prior experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or equivalent lead-mining platforms is a huge plus.

• Education/Experience: Prior B2B sales or lead generation experience in the IT/Software industry is preferred, but raw talent, energy, and a hunger to learn matter more!
