Salary bracket: 100k -150k + 1% commission on sales closed.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and close new business opportunities for our accounting and advisory services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can convert leads into clients, understands business dynamics, and ideally has some background or exposure to accounting or financial services. If a candidate has strong sales skills but limited accounting knowledge, training will be provided.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within accounting, audit, tax, or professional services firms.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
