Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to support our projects and development teams in building and optimizing software solutions. You will work closely with senior Business Analysts, Project Owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements, manage product backlogs, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the product team to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Design mockups and wireframes using Figma or other relevant tools to visually represent requirements and proposed solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product development.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and data flows.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
• collaborated with developers and designers to refine requirements
• Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation.
• Assist in defining KPIs and tracking product performance.
• Communicate findings and insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
