ABOUT THE ROLE

As we continue to grow, our Joblogic team in Pakistan is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our amazing team.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements in agreed formats such as User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Flow Diagrams, Fields Validations and Business Test Cases. Define the metrics for monthly adoption and usage score.

The Ideal Candidate will be expected as:

• Be responsible to identify non-functional and functional process improvement by providing Analysis and defining documentation where required while ensuring the adherence to the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Also, responsible for conducting the group training on newly developed features.
• Will join an established Business Analysis team that works across delivery teams working in three time zones.
• Having a knack for effective verbal and written communication as you’ll be supporting the communication and delivery of requirements.
