We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Lahore team. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role focused on overseeing student recruitment, counselling operations, and organizational growth, with a strong emphasis on UK university placements.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high-quality counselling services, managing branch performance, and maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions. A proven track record in education consultancy, student recruitment, and team management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage branch staff, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Oversee daily branch operations and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Guide students on program selection, university applications, and visa processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UK universities and partner institutions.
• Monitor application progress and resolve escalated student or institutional queries.
• Support marketing and outreach activities, including seminars, webinars, and social media.
• Ensure counselling practices align with international education standards and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and branch performance.
• Reporting to the seniors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Background in Education or related field
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in an educational or consultancy environment is a Must
