Bookkeepr / Accountant

Description:

We are hiring an on-site Accountant / Bookkeeper for our night shift team in Lahore. This is not a training role – we’re looking for someone who has already worked in an accounting/bookkeeping firm and understands how to handle U.S. clients and accounting standards.

You will be responsible for managing multiple U.S.-based client accounts, mostly on QuickBooks (Online/Desktop). Familiarity with GAAP, U.S. reporting standards, and tax deadlines is highly preferred.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
• Perform A/P, A/R, bank/credit card reconciliations
• Prepare monthly reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
• Execute catch-up & clean-up bookkeeping
• Coordinate with U.S. clients via email/Zoom
• Support 1099s, W9s, and year-end/tax prep
• Handle multiple client accounts efficiently

✅ Must-Have Requirements:

• 1–2 years of full-time experience in a bookkeeping or accounting firm (not general accounts)
• Strong command of QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
• Experience working with U.S. clients and reporting formats
• Fluent in English (written + spoken)
• Comfortable with night shift aligned with U.S. time zones
• Ability to manage workload and communicate proactively
