Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom blockchain solutions using frameworks like Polygon Edge, zkEVM, or Cosmos SDK.
- Implement advanced Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., zk-Rollups, sharding) to achieve high transactions per second (TPS).
- Architect and optimize consensus mechanisms (e.g., PoS, PoH) for scalability and security.
- Ensure seamless EVM compatibility for smart contracts and decentralized applications.
- Optimize block size, propagation time, and network configuration for low latency.
- Integrate tools for performance monitoring, testing, and maintenance of blockchain networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the project.
- Stay updated on the latest blockchain technologies, frameworks, and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in blockchain development.
- Expertise in frameworks such as GETH, Polygon Edge, Cosmos SDK, zkEVM, or similar.
- Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms (PoS, PoH) and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Solidity, Rust, Go, or Python.
- Hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance blockchain networks.
- Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
