Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the medical billing team, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct training sessions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments (coding, accounts, client services) for smooth workflow.
• Attend and conduct meetings with healthcare providers and both new and current clients to resolve billing issues, clarify processes, and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in medical billing, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT codes, medical billing software, and insurance claims processing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle high-volume workloads efficiently.
