Augmented Reality Specialist

Description:

We’re seeking a talented and creative AR Artist to join our core team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for converting high-quality dish photographs into immersive, interactive 3D/AR models. Your work will be the visual backbone of our AR menus, helping customers “see before they order” in a captivating way.

This is a remote-first position with the potential to evolve into a permanent on-site role as our team grows in Faisalabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D models of food items based on reference images.
• Texture, light, and render 3D models to match real-life dishes.
• Optimize 3D assets for mobile AR experiences (iOS/Android).
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to integrate 3D models into our AR platform.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across all AR menu items.
• Stay updated with trends in AR, 3D modeling, and real-time rendering.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Experience with AR tools/platforms such as Unity3D, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore, or Spark AR.
• Strong eye for detail, lighting, and material realism—especially for organic/food items.
• Understanding of optimization for real-time mobile AR.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable in collaborative environments.
