Howdy Group is looking for a qualified and experienced Manager – Audit & Compliance to join our team in Lahore. This role will be responsible for strengthening internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting risk management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Identify risks and recommend control improvements
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
• Coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities

Requirements:
• CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA (Finance/Audit)
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in audit & compliance
• Strong understanding of internal controls and governance
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Retail/FMCG experience will be a plus
