Finance Associate (Accounting and Reconciliation)

We’re hiring at Milele Prime: Finance Associate, Accounting and Reconciliation 🧾

If you can explain a difference down to the client and the transaction, we want to talk to you.
What you’ll do:
→ Run daily three-way reconciliation across MT5, CRM and payment processors
→ Reconcile client money, A Book LP statements and B Book P&L
→ Investigate breaks: unmatched deposits, duplicate payouts, chargebacks
→ Calculate and accrue IB rebates and commissions
→ Own the general ledger and month-end close
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 2+ years in accounting or reconciliation (broker, fintech, PSP, bank or exchange preferred)
✔️ Strong double-entry and accrual accounting knowledge
✔️ Advanced Excel: lookups, pivots, SUMIFS, large data exports
✔️ Bonus: ACCA / CA / CIMA, MT5 Manager reports, crypto reconciliation, SQL or Python
📍 Lahore office (onsite) | Mon–Fri, 10 AM–7 PM
💰 PKR 100,000–150,000 per month
