Audit & Compliance Manager

Growise Shahbaz Hannan & Co. Chartered Accountants is looking for an Audit & Compliance Manager to join their team in Lahore. This role requires an experienced professional with expertise in audit and compliance, ideally having CA training from a QCR-rated audit firm and experience in leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the audit and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting frameworks under the Companies Act.
• Lead the audit process, adhering to International Standards of Auditing.
• Manage a team of auditors and compliance professionals.
• Provide insights and solutions to clients regarding financial and regulatory matters.
• Communicate with stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• CA Training from a QCR-rated Audit firm.
• AAF & AARS passed.
• Strong understanding of reporting frameworks under the Companies Act.
• Proficiency in International Standards of Auditing (ISA).
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
