Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring an Associate Analyst – Insights for a leading healthcare analytics organization.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can support data validation, claims analysis, reporting, compliance monitoring, and the delivery of actionable business insights.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and analyze claims, reporting, and operational data
• Support compliance monitoring and reconciliation processes
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries
• Utilize Excel, SQL, and internal systems for data analysis and reporting
• Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding data discrepancies and resolutions
• Maintain project documentation and support process improvement initiatives
• Identify trends and provide insights to support business decision-making

🎯 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• 1–5 years of experience in Analytics, Healthcare Consulting, Benefits Administration, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
