Yunus Textile Mills Ltd., one of Pakistan’s leading home textile manufacturers and exporters, is actively looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Associate – Yarn Purchase & Fabric to join our team in Landhi, Karachi.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience to begin their career in the textile industry within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the spinning and weaving supply chain operations while ensuring adherence to global traceability and audit standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cotton and yarn issuance according to actual production requirements from spinning and weaving units.

• Ensure end-to-end traceability of yarn and fabric within the production cycle, aligning with company protocols.

• Support in documentation and coordination for customer audits, especially related to spinning, weaving, and procurement.

• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure compliance with traceability and sustainability standards.

• Stay informed about global trends and updates in textile traceability and sustainability to ensure continuous improvement.

• Maintain records and assist in preparing reports for management and external stakeholders.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate or Graduation in Commerce, Textile, Supply Chain, or a relevant discipline.

• Experience: Fresh to 1 year of experience in a textile manufacturing or procurement-related role.

• Good understanding of textile processes (spinning, weaving) is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of supply chain documentation and audit procedures.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems will be considered a plus.
