Description:

Express Media Group is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Manager Legal to join its team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling litigation, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring full regulatory and legal compliance within a fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, talent, and service agreements
• Manage ongoing litigation and coordinate with external legal counsels on court matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and media industry standards
• Represent the organization in courts and attend hearings when required

Requirements:

• LL.B / LL.M from a recognized and reputable institution
• 2–5 years of relevant professional legal experience
• Must be an enrolled Advocate
• High Court license will be considered an added advantage
