About the Role:

Human Capital HR Solutions is looking for a Junior Legal Officer to join our insurance-sector client's team. This is a great opportunity for fresh LLB graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want to start their career in corporate and insurance law.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordination of litigation matters and follow-ups with external legal counsels

Review and vet basic legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and agreements

Support drafting legal notices, replies, and internal documentation

Conduct legal research related to insurance and corporate laws

Prepare case summaries, para-wise comments, and reports

Maintain documentation and records of legal cases and contracts

Coordinate with internal departments for compliance matters

Eligibility:

LLB (Bar enrollment preferred but not mandatory)

0-2 years of relevant experience (internship experience counts!)

Basic understanding of SECP regulations, contract law, and corporate practices

Strong drafting, communication, and MS Office skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
