Assistant Social Media Manager

Description:

We are looking for a creative and driven Assistant Social Media Manager to join our growth-focused team in Faisalabad. In this role, you will plan, create, and execute engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. You will handle daily community engagement, assist in campaign execution, and track basic performance metrics to help scale our e-commerce presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Ideate, design, and script engaging social media posts, stories, and reels/short videos that showcase our furniture aesthetics.

• Platform Management: Schedule and publish daily content across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other company channels.

• Community Management: Actively respond to customer comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly, ensuring a premium customer experience.

• Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in brainstorming and executing promotional campaigns and product launches.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor post engagement, track basic metrics (reach, impressions, follower growth), and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience managing social media for an e-commerce or retail brand. (A strong creative portfolio can substitute for formal experience).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

• Solid understanding of Meta Suite, Instagram algorithms, and content trends.

• Basic visual design skills (proficiency in Canva or basic Adobe Photoshop/Premiere is highly preferred for creating aesthetic content).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.

• Aesthetics: A keen eye for interior design, home decor, or product photography styling is a major plus.
