Sweet Creme is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager – Payroll to join our Human Resources team. If you have strong payroll management expertise, experience handling payroll for a large-scale food retail workforce, and hands-on knowledge of Flow HCM or other renowned payroll systems, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple locations.
✔ Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
✔ Maintain payroll master data and ensure data integrity within the system.
✔ Process salaries, allowances, bonuses, incentives, and deductions accurately.
✔ Reconcile payroll records and prepare payroll-related reports.
✔ Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve payroll queries.
✔ Generate MIS reports and payroll analytics for management review.
✔ Stay updated on statutory and regulatory changes impacting payroll processes.

Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
🔹 3–5 years of payroll management experience in a large-scale Food Retail or FMCG organization.
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with Flow HCM or other reputable payroll software.
🔹 Excellent understanding of payroll processes, reporting, and compliance requirements.
🔹 Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting.
