Monnoo Group of Industries is looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager ERP (Functional) who will oversee ERP operations and ensure seamless functional support across the organization.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and support the functional side of the ERP system (Oracle E-Business Suite).
-Work extensively on Oracle EBS R12 functional modules to ensure smooth business workflows.
-Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and improve ERP processes.
-Assist in system configuration, UAT, troubleshooting, and user training.
-Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and issue resolutions.
-Ensure data accuracy, system optimization, and continuous process enhancement.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

-ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, or a relevant degree.
-Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 is REQUIRED.
-2–4 years of ERP functional experience preferred.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
