Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Audit (Lahore / Islamabad / Multan):
• Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile differences with ERP records.
• Review warehouse In/Out processes, gate passes, GRN, dispatch documentation, and stock handling.
• Verify batch management, expiry controls, product segregation, and damage procedures.
• Evaluate warehouse hygiene, safety standards, storage practices, and overall operational efficiency.
• Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend corrective actions.

2. Distributor Audit & market visit:
• Conduct inventory verification at distributor premises.
• Review distributor sales, stock movement, claims, returns, and compliance with company policy.
• Assess distributor financial records, outstanding balances, and adherence to agreements.
• Validate order-to-cash cycle at distributor level.
• Market visit for Audit Purpose.

3. Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root cause, and recommended action plans.
• Follow up on implementation of corrective actions with concerned departments.
• Maintain proper audit working papers and evidence for all assignments.

4. Travel Requirement:
• Frequent travel to Islamabad and Multan for warehouse distributor audits and market visit.
• Travel frequency: ~8-12 days per month (as per audit plan).

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or any other relevant qualification.
• Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Stock Audit, Warehouse Audit, or Distributor Audit.
