Join our team as an **Asset Controller** and take charge of asset accounting, inventory systems, and risk management processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

🔍 **Job Responsibilities:**
• Manage factory asset records and physical asset inventory
• Build and train an asset management team
• Design and implement asset safety processes and ensure compliance
• Oversee inventory, work orders, warehouse aging, and ERP workflows
• Identify and mitigate asset security and ERP circulation risks

🛠️ **Key Skills Required:**
• Strong **analytical and critical thinking**
• Proficiency in **Microsoft Office & ERP (Oracle preferred)**
• Effective **interpersonal, communication, and training** abilities
• Fluency in **English (spoken and written)**

🎓 **Qualification:**
• ACCA / ICMA / CA (Inter/Finalist) / MBA Finance
• **1–2 years** of relevant experience in asset management, internal audit, or finance
