🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage and develop sales within the assigned area
🔹 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
🔹 Develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers
🔹 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
🔹 Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team
🔹 Ensure effective market coverage and product availability
🔹 Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management

🎓 Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. Master Preferable.
✅ 3–5 years of relevant sales experience
✅ Strong knowledge of the Lahore market
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Proven ability to achieve sales targets
✅ Strong team management and leadership skills
