🎓 Qualification: Master’s / MBA Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
✅ Identify growth opportunities and expand distribution across existing and new markets.
✅ Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business partners.
✅ Lead, coach, and motivate field sales teams to achieve business objectives.
✅ Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and ensure effective trade execution.

Requirements:

✔ Strong expertise in frozen food/FMCG distribution and regional market dynamics.
✔ Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships across distribution and retail channels.
✔ Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
✔ Strong business communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English.
✔ Exceptional presentation skills and business acumen.
