We are looking for a driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and lead B2B sales for pharmaceutical raw materials, APIs, excipients, specialty chemicals, and pharma-grade packaging materials (including rubber stoppers, Flip-off aluminium seal).

Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of pharmaceutical raw materials, APIs, excipients, ingredients, packaging materials, and specialty chemicals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, formulators, and sourcing teams.
- Manage indenting business, acting as a liaison between local clients.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in untapped markets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, pricing, competition, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and product insights to clients when needed.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Masters/MBA degree is a must in Sales & Marketing from a well-reputed university.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B pharma sales or indenting of APIs, ingredients, or chemicals.
- Strong network within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with a solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and suppliers as needed.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
