Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process for both residential and commercial projects, from concept to completion.

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, translate ideas into design solutions, and present proposals.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.

• Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and assist in cost estimation and procurement planning.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery.

• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting both creative and operational deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in both residential and corporate/commercial architecture.

• Proven experience in BOQ preparation is mandatory.

• Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• In-depth knowledge of local building codes, construction techniques, and interior detailing.

• Strong communication and client presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
