KDPLancer, led by Zain, is looking to hire an Amazon PPC Specialist with a specific focus on Amazon KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing). This is a full-time, remote-flexible opportunity, ideal for dedicated individuals who want to grow their career in Amazon advertising.

Whether you're a beginner with a solid understanding of Amazon PPC concepts or someone with hands-on experience, you are encouraged to apply if you are passionate about Amazon KDP and ready to commit 8 hours a day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns for KDP books.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance.
• Research relevant keywords and ad strategies specific to KDP books.
• Collaborate with Zain and the team to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
• Continuously learn and improve campaign performance through experimentation and data analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic to intermediate understanding of Amazon PPC and Amazon ecosystem.
• Any knowledge of Amazon KDP advertising will be a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to commit 8 hours a day and dedicate focus solely to this job.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours (Remote), but full-time commitment (8 hours per day) is required.
• Candidates from Islamabad may have opportunities for occasional onsite collaboration.

Hiring Process:

2. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a call interview.
3. Selected candidates will begin with a two-week trial, followed by a one-month paid internship.
4. After evaluating performance over 6 weeks, a final pay package will be decided.

Starting Pay: PKR 30,000 (may vary based on skills and value offered)
