Description:
The Velociters is a fast-growing company in the Amazon FBA Wholesale space, driven by performance, innovation, and strategic collaboration. We are currently seeking a Brand Relations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in strengthening and expanding our network of brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential brand partners, manufacturers, and authorized distributors
- Negotiate and secure brand approvals for Amazon marketplace listings
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand representatives
- Ensure compliance with both brand guidelines and Amazon’s policies
- Coordinate with internal teams (sourcing, catalog) to streamline onboarding and listing
- Assist with documentation for brand ungating and listing approvals
- Maintain accurate communication records and provide weekly progress updates
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Amazon brand approvals, wholesale sourcing, or brand outreach
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), Fluency in English is essential
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA Wholesale and Seller Central processes
- Ability to manage multiple outreach pipelines and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Willingness to work onsite during night shifts
