🔹 We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Product Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions at the intersection of healthcare and analytics. This role will be instrumental in shaping intelligent data products that enable operational efficiency, and business transformation in a regulated healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, modern data architectures, and healthcare domain knowledge to deliver impactful, scalable, and compliant solutions.

🟤 Responsibilities and Duties:

🔹 Lead the architectural design and strategic roadmap for AI-driven products aligned with enterprise goals in healthcare analytics.

🔹 Oversee the integration of machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning capabilities into scalable product offerings.

🔹 Translate complex healthcare and business requirements into well-structured, sustainable AI architectures.

🔹 Architect large-scale data platforms and pipelines utilizing technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Denodo, Talend, and Immuta.

🔹 Implement modern data architecture patterns to support both real-time and batch processing workloads.

🔹 Ensure high-quality data modeling (normalized, dimensional, data vault) to power analytics and ML pipelines across structured and unstructured healthcare data.

🔹 Collaborate with clinical SMEs to define AI use cases across domains such as RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), clinical decision support, patient engagement, and population health.

🔹 Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA.

🔹 Lead the deployment and monitoring of ML models in production using modern MLOps frameworks and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubernetes, Docker).

Establish automated CI/CD pipelines for continuous model training, deployment, and governance.

🔹 Collaborate with product management, software development, compliance, and SME’s to drive product development and delivery.

🔹Present architectural strategies and technical concepts to executive stakeholders in a clear, business-aligned manner.

🟤 Education:

🔹 bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

🟤 Experience:

🔹 7-10 years of Proven experience in AI/ML product development.

Prior experience in healthcare domain (e.g., EMR systems, medical billing is highly desirable.
