Description:
We are looking for a hands-on AI Architect / Practice Lead to join Archisurance as a Strategic Partner, leading the AI & Data Engineering stream of our business. This is a technical and client-facing leadership role, ideal for someone who can code, consult, and close.
You will:
- Lead the AI & Data Strategy portfolio at Archisurance, focusing on clients in emerging markets
- Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, including LLMs, GenAI, MLOps pipelines, and vector databases
- Collaborate with the founder on client acquisition, digital strategy engagements, and overall growth
- Define and develop our AI offerings, including RAG, multi-agent systems, and AI governance models
- Translate business needs into scalable, production-grade architectures and solutions
- Build and mentor an AI engineering team at our Lahore office
- Take ownership of pre-sales, technical consulting, and client presentations
- Drive internal innovation, proof-of-concepts, and AI accelerators
- Create reusable frameworks, architecture templates, and delivery playbooks

Qualifications
- Expertise in establishing Strategic Partnerships and engaging in high-level Consulting
- 3-5 years of experience in AI architecture or a similar role
- Proficient in Business Planning and Business Development strategies
- Experience in Account Management with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of AI and digital transformation strategies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
