📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administration functions including HR, security, transport, housekeeping, and general administration
• Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, training & development, performance management, employee relations, payroll, and retention
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
• Manage budgets, revenue cycle, and financial performance
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing teams
• Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards

🎓 Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in hospital administration
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, finances, and human resources
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
