Finance Intern to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience across three essential business functions in a thriving, globally connected tech company.
You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to real projects in Human
Resources, Administration, and Finance—learning how each function supports the daily operations and long-term growth of a fast-paced business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR
- Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and liaise with candidates.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
Admin
- Assist with day-to-day office management and administrative coordination.
- Help ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments.
- Maintain organised filing systems and handle basic correspondence.
- Support the team in organising meetings, events, and training sessions.
Finance
- Assist with data entry and documentation for accounts and finance records.
- Support monthly expense tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for reporting and compliance activities.
- Learn the basics of budgeting, reconciliations, and financial operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- A good degree from a reputable university in Business, Finance, HR, Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Highly organised with attention to detail and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A positive, proactive mindset and willingness to learn across functions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
