Position: Team Lead Accounts
Location: Lahore (DHA Phase 8)
Organization: BAJCO GROUP
Timings: 4 pm to 1 am OR 5 pm to 2 am

✓ BAJCO GROUP is looking for a Team Lead - Accounts who can take ownership of accounting operations, ensure accuracy, and lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other relevant qualification.
• Experience: 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably with US-based real estate portfolios.
• Technical Skills: Strong command over accounting principles, billing tools, and Excel.
• Leadership: Ability to guide and support a team while ensuring process accuracy and timeliness.
• Detail-Oriented: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
