Code Markhor Pvt Ltd is a growing company dedicated to delivering top-tier revenue cycle management solutions. We are seeking Accounts Receivable/Denial Specialists to join our team and help optimize claims processing, reduce denials, and improve collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance payers

• Work on denied claims, identify root causes, and initiate appeals

• Ensure timely and accurate claim submissions

• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve payment discrepancies

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and billing guidelines

• Document all activities in the billing system and generate reports as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, and denial management

• Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing and payer policies

• Proficiency with EHR/EMR/billing softwares and MS Office

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
