Accounts Receivable Executive

Description:

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive for MVA-WC (Motor Vehicle Accident - Workers' Compensation) claims. The role involves follow-up on unpaid or denied medical claims with insurance companies, analyzing denials, contacting representatives, and coordinating with the billing team to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims of MVA-WC with insurance companies.

• Analyze MVA-WC denials and work on corrections/resubmissions.

• Contact MVA-WC representatives via calls and web portals.

• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and claim statuses.

• Meet daily and weekly targets for AR productivity.

• Coordinate with the coding and billing team to resolve claim issues.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Prior experience in injury-based practices (Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Auto Accident Cases).

• Strong knowledge of Worker Compensation Insurances.

• Understanding of Medicare & PIP (Personal Injury Protection) billing and reimbursement policies.

• Familiarity with EOBs, denials, appeals, and timely filing limits.

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers (UHC, Aetna, BCBS, etc.).

• Experience working with EMR/EHR and billing software.

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
