🚨 We’re Hiring: Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist (U.S. Clients) | Lahore | Night Shift

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist who thrives on structure, urgency, and results. You’ll work directly with U.S. healthcare clients.

📍 Location: Lahore (Remote for now, office-based later)
🕒 Shift: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Night Shift)

🔹 What You’ll Do
Manage the Accounts Receivable process for multiple U.S. healthcare clients.
Track invoices from creation to cleared payment — with nothing slipping through the cracks.
Follow up via calls and emails until payments are received.
Maintain AR trackers, aging reports, and Excel dashboards with precision.
Prepare invoices using QuickBooks and reconcile payments accurately.
Work closely with the accounting team to close monthly billing cycles.

🔹 What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Invoicing for U.S.-based clients (preferably Healthcare/BPO).
Excellent communication skills — confident in handling American clients.
Strong Excel and QuickBooks expertise.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.

Experience with large-scale invoicing (500+ employees).
Proven success in streamlining AR processes or improving collection rates.
