Accounts Officer

Oxvor International is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and a commitment to accuracy. This role demands a serious professional with a long-term vision, ensuring that all financial processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Analysis:
  • Independently verify and analyze accounting entries to ensure accuracy.
  • Evaluate source documents to validate financial transactions.
  • Maintain control over receivables, bank accounts, and supplier accounts.
• Compliance & Reporting:
  • Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Process payments in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports for senior management.
• Communication & Integrity:
  • Communicate effectively in Urdu and English with stakeholders.
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data.
  • Work under pressure while maintaining a team-oriented approach.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Master’s degree (ACCA Member or CA Inter preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in an accounts department.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured and disciplined environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
