Associated Technologies Private Limited (ATL) is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Process invoices, payments, and vouchers
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain audit-ready financial documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial matters
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
🔹 Requirements:
✔ CA / ACCA / ICMA (Preferred) – Part Qualified / Finalist / Completed
✔ Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance / Commerce (B.Com / BBA Finance)
✔ Other relevant degrees are also encouraged to apply
✔ 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
✔ Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks / Oracle preferred)
✔ Strong Excel and analytical skills
✔ Attention to detail and ability to work independently
