Finsoul Network is looking for an experienced and proactive Accounting and Bookkeeping Advisory Manager to lead accounting operations, client advisory engagements, and accounting software implementation projects across local and international clients.

We encourage applications from CA / ACCA Qualified or Finalist professionals with strong exposure to accounting firms, consultancy environments, and ERP/accounting software solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting for local and international clients
✔ Lead business advisory and compliance engagements across multiple jurisdictions
✔ Supervise and mentor junior accountants and team members
✔ Handle implementation, configuration, and support of ERP and accounting software solutions
✔ Conduct client onboarding, training sessions, and post-implementation support
✔ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, VAT, WHT, and reporting requirements
✔ Prepare management reports, reconciliations, analytical insights, and financial statements
✔ Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and assignments
✔ Support audit engagements, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives, etc.

🔹 Requirements
✔ 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, advisory, or consultancy roles
✔ CA / ACCA Qualified or Finalist preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance, and accounting standards (IFRS, ISA, GAAP)
✔ Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software implementation projects
✔ Working experience with systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP Business One, Sage, NetSuite, TallyPrime, or Microsoft Dynamics
✔ Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
