Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring assignments are completed accurately and on time.

• Prepare reconciliations, financial schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.

• Apply audit planning, risk assessment, audit programs, and internal control principles when reviewing financial information and business processes.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide timely, accurate information and responses.

• Identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, control weaknesses, and potential accounting or financial reporting issues.

• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and data validation.

• Maintain organized and comprehensive working papers that are ready for management or audit review.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience.

• Experience as a Senior Accountant, Audit Senior, or equivalent is preferred. Candidates with more extensive experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong practical knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, along with a senior-level understanding of audit planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, review, and completion.

• Ability to clearly explain how risks, internal controls, and audit programs influence audit procedures, supporting evidence, and reporting requirements.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and financial data management.

• Confidence in using accounting or ERP systems, along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, automation tools, and processes.

• Fluent written and spoken English, with strong professional communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and collaborate effectively with management, auditors, and colleagues.
