The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and US income tax-related work, with the ability to manage financial records and support US-based clients.

Job Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities for US-based clients.
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Support US income tax preparation and related accounting documentation.
Assist in preparing financial statements and tax-related reports.
Review financial data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Maintain organized records of invoices, expenses, receipts, and transactions.
Coordinate with US clients and internal teams regarding accounting and tax requirements.
Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks and client deliverables.
Maintain confidentiality of client financial information.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or US tax-related work.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
Familiarity with US accounting and income tax concepts.
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work onsite during US working hours.


Preferred Qualifications
B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, CA Inter, or a related accounting qualification.
Experience working with US-based clients or accounting firms.
Familiarity with US tax forms, including individual and business income tax returns.
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting platforms.
Knowledge of US bookkeeping standards and financial reporting.
